When and How Much?
UNIFY events are FREE and bring the community together at various times throughout the year to share the joy of dance and movement.

RENEW is an opportunity to restore confidence in your ability to move and dance in a uniquely beautiful way. Improve sensory-motor awareness, physical health, and mobility in an encouraging setting.
It will be fun and friendly!
Sessions are 6 weeks long and you can register for either our daytime (Mondays, 9:15-10am) or our evening (Mondays, 7-7:45pm) packages.

TrueVibe Dance is designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit through free-flowing dance and movement in a shared space. Gather together to express your authentic self within safe community. You give out so much of yourself...it's time to become grounded and inhale an energizing breath
for the month ahead.
We gather on the first Sunday of each month,
4:30pm - 5:30pm, beginning January 1st. Start the year with purpose, intention, and awareness.
